The State of the Union Address is Wednesday the 27th, and President Obama is starting to roll out some new policy proposals in the run up to the address. This has not been without a few hiccups

The Coburn/Burr health care bill in the Senate (sponsored by Ryan/Nunes in the House) is a comprehensive bill that insures a large portion of the uninsured, is budget neutral, and mainly keeps the government out of the business of providing insurance.
