This is going to be a multi-round policy update because we believe that this issue will be fast moving once it it hits the Senate floor, and we want to get as much information out in as timely a fashion as possible. The House passed “Jobs for Main Street Act of 2010″

There is often talk about a bill that still faces a tough conference,  scurrilous amendments added during conference, and even more recently avoidance of a conference all together. On Capitol Hill it is just assumed that everyone understands this term and, even more assuming, that everyone understands the process.
