Breaking News: The Senate Has Passed The Jobs Bill

The Senate just finished voting on their version of the jobs bill with a final vote of 70-28.  It includes highway fund, bonds, and small business tax incentives. The Senate’s legislation will now be conferenced with the House bill and return to both chambers for a final vote.
